Interview with Onnie Clem, Jr., Marine Corps veteran and survivor of the Bataan campaign, concerning his experiences as a prisoner-of-war of the Japanese during World War II. Clem discusses his pre-war duty in China, the fall of Bataan and his capture, Camp O'Donnell (1942), Cabanatuan (1942-1943), Davao Penal Colony (1943), his escape from a torpedoed hell ship and rescue by Filipino guerrillas, and his evacuation by the American submarine USS Narwhal.
